"Working in your own business is a lot of hard work and takes a great deal of time out of your day. Getting the motivation to get out and exercise is a little difficult to do after a long hard day. So how was I going to slot in all this and have time to exercise? Over the years you come up with all these great ideas for exercise, but nothing ever eventuates. So that’s when I decided to call in Brett as my personal trainer and have someone that could push me to my limits, give me back the motivation I lacked all within a half hour session a week during my lunch break. As the results continued to grow the motivation increased and I seemed to find more time to exercise, my work became more productive and as I got fitter my thinking got a lot clearer.
I found my sessions to be very challenging but also very rewarding. "We started training 5 months ago with Brett in preparation for our trip to Sabah which is in Borneo Malaysia. Our aim was to climb Mount Kinabalu which at 4100 metres is the highest mountain in south East Asia. Brett's circuit program improved our overall fitness & strength to a level that Louise & I reached the summit on the 31st July. Brett worked on our abs and built our leg strength to a level that we achieved our goal. Louise said that 6 months ago she would never have attempted a climb as arduous as Mount Kinabalu but the training from Brett helped her succeed. Since returning from Borneo we have resumed our sessions with Brett because we enjoy the program and also the manner in which Brett presents it."
